The Oregon Coast School of Art offers several unique and flexible spaces available for rent — perfect for workshops, meetings, art events, performances, and community gatherings. With original architecture, artistic energy, and a welcoming coastal vibe, OCSA is the perfect backdrop for your next event.
Art Classroom
1,000 sq. ft.
$20/hour
High Street Gallery
1,565 sq. ft.
$30/hour
Cafetorium & Stage
2,700 sq. ft.
$40/hour or $400/day
Main Gymnasium
6,640 sq. ft.
$50/hour (4-hr min), $550/day
Hours available: 7 AM – 10 PM, seven days a week.
Inquire for holidays. Currently booking the months of May through October.
Included Amenities
- 200 chairs, 18 stools
- 4 round tables (5'), 20 rectangular tables (2.5' x 6')
- Tablecloths available (cleaning fee may apply)
- Wi-Fi access
- Optional sound/lighting setup (extra fees may apply)

- Kitchen access depending on space
Food & Alcohol
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed.
- Alcohol may be given away. For alcohol sales, special arrangements and permits are required
Booking Details
- 50% deposit due at booking.
- Remaining balance due on event day.
- Full refund if cancelled 2+ weeks before the event.
- Set-up and clean-up are the renter’s responsibility.
- Promotion support available upon request.
