Welcome Vendors!

We’re excited to invite local and regional artists, makers, and food vendors to participate in the 5th Annual Holiday Arts Festival. This beloved community event will feature art, crafts, food, dancers, and more in the Upper Gym at OCSA.

Vendor Guidelines (Quick Overview)

Open to artists, makers, and food vendors. No direct sales or commercial-based businesses (e.g., Mary Kay). This is a juried show; please include photos of the main items you will be selling with your application.

Spaces available:

  • 10’ x 10’ booth – $110
  • 30” x 6’ table space – $50

Add-ons:

  • Table rental – $10
  • Electrical hookup – $5 (booth spaces only, bring your own extension cord)

Details:

  • Refundable Deposit: $25 required to guarantee your booth remains open until close on Saturday. Returned after the event if the guideline is met.
  • Food vendors must provide proof of liability insurance and any necessary health department permits.
  • Chairs are provided. Vendors may bring their own tables/displays if they fit within the assigned space.
  • There are no water hookups. Vendors requiring water must bring their own.
  • Spaces are reserved after the application has been approved and full payment has been received.
  • There are no refunds unless OCSA cancels the event.
  • Please make checks payable to: Oregon Coast School Of Art (OCSA) and mail to P.O. Box 294, Gardiner OR 97441.

The Reedsport Education Enrichment Foundation (REEF) was established in 2000 by a small group of community members as a response to continued reductions in school funding that rendered the local school district unable to fund a variety of educational activities and opportunities that it once did.

REEF’s mission is to procure monies through ongoing fundraising activities for academics that students would otherwise be unable to take advantage of.

Since its inception in 2000, REEF has been able to grant more than $500,000 to the Reedsport School District. An example of grants would be for field trips, classroom supplies, books, art equipment etc.

REEF gets its funding from a variety of sources. In addition to individual donations, each year we host the REEF Benefit Golf Scramble in September and the first Saturday of March is the Jim Akre Tall Timber Recognition Banquet to recognize community education supporters.

It is important to note that without the support of the community, Alumni and friends, we could never do what we do. These groups are the backbone of REEF. As a board, we act as the agent entrusted by them to redistribute the money raised to the best advantage of the students of the Reedsport School District.
