This is a 7 week Beginning Ceramics Class that will introduce the basic elements of sculptural and functional clay within the tradition of making pottery. Techniques taught will include pinching, coil building, slab construction and the use of a wheel. Basics in tool use, glazing and firing will be included.   Classes start Sat Sept 9th and end Sat Oct 21.
